Want to help us transform the travel experience? The ideal candidate will have had experience creative, production, product marketing and e-commerce teams to concept and execute e-commerce seasonal campaigns and PDP shoots. This role reports to theAssociate Creative Directorand will be hybrid from our New York City office with in-office attendance required twice weekly.

What you’ll do:
Support the concepting, creation, and production of e-commerce assets in alignment with Away’s e-commerce style guide.
Help translate the brand's business needs—drive revenue, deepen customer engagement and conversion—by continuously driving the creation of innovative and engaging visual assets.
Be hands-on and highly creative when concepting e-commerce imagery. Working closely with cross-functional teams to capture new products, features and benefits.
Help direct on set and select final images, work with e-commerce merchandising and post production teams to ensure the right run on images and art requirements are shot.
Help with prop and set selection, giving direction to the models and photographers during the shoot.
Continue the development of our e-commerce style guide by providing innovative conception of photography styling, set backgrounds and surfaces or other digital-forward ideas/executions. Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape as well as photographic and design trends.
Who you are:
2 years of AD experience at a creative agency or brand creative team
Creator of a strong and dynamic portfolio that showcases a wide array of experience across brand projects
Able to effectively partner with various key stakeholders and manage multiple projects at once
Excited by and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and entrepreneurial environment
Curious and resourceful with a natural ability to solve problems and seek new information, yet also accessible to all team members and eager to solicit feedback
Team player with a “no task is too small” attitude
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)
Compensation Package:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity and various social and professional investment opportunities at Away. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.
Salary Range: $71,000 - $75,000 annually
This role is eligible to participate in Away’s Annual Company Performance Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined on an annual basis at the discretion of the company
Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company
