Principal Duties & Responsibilities:*

  • Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
  • Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
  • Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.

Requirements:Required Skills, Abilities & Education:

  • An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Requires five (3) years of direct work experience, and must be certified in Behavior Analysis.
  • In addition - and as a condition of continued employment - AWARE's BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards and other such certification boards
