Our Avondale Dealerships Staff Accountants ensoure an elevated client experience while creating client advocates and perform general accounting duties. 

Responsibilities

Prepares extended warranty and credit life policy transmittals and paymentsMaintains "Hot List" weeklyPrepares monthly bank reconciliationsMaintains monthly accounting reportsReconciles assigned schedulesPrepares timely VIT tax reportReconciles Financial Reserve Statements monthly, remitting payment when necessaryProcesses and records incoming wire transfersIdentifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorizedpersonnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Accounting or Finance preferred) Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
