Customer Engagement Manager 1137244

A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive benefit usage, increase early-tenure listening, and drive long-term retention. The ideal candidate has experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns, being able to work quickly and nimbly, having outstanding communication skills, tireless attention to detail, and experience getting things done in partnership with cross-functional teams. Customer Engagement Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

Customer Engagement Manager Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer-facing programs and promotions, working with internal partner teams to do so.
  • Create, execute, and continually optimize an omnichannel, data-informed testing plan to improve listening and retention.
  • Manage existing engagement programs from concept to execution.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels (web, social, and app) and turn learnings into actionable next steps.
  • Provide weekly updates on retention performance to senior leadership.
  • Partner with global teams to share best practices and collaborate on initiatives where applicable.

Customer Engagement Manager Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in CRM, app, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns, being able to work quickly and nimbly, and having outstanding communication skills, tireless attention to detail, and experience getting things done in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Experience launching tests using Test & Target.
  • Tech or Media industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and move quickly and proactively to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience managing success metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for improving the customer experience.
  • Understanding of the company's business model is preferred.
  • Passion for books is preferred.
  • An understanding of Canadian cultural nuances is preferred.
  • Basic HTML skills and a general understanding of web development are preferred.
