Overview

The Project Architect handles the most complex projects and responsible for all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. Works closely with in-house Project Management teams to actively manage client budgets and schedules. Provides oversight and monitoring of work of internal team members as well as consultants. Responsible for code review and quality control for assigned projects and assists with these efforts on other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience
• Licensed preferred but not required
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, & approachability
• Excellent time management
• Provide drafting, detailing, specifications, and modeling support including, but not limited to, design presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, field coordination, and as-built documentation.
