Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of property marketing strategies and advertising campaigns
• Work with team to design proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, including e-blasts, flyers, floor plans, maps, postcards, boards and signage
• Track on-going marketing initiatives
• Prepare marketing budgets and track related expenses for assignments
• Coordinate on-site events for clients and the brokerage community and execute marketing campaigns, create invitations and manage RSVP lists
• Assist with web listing updates and other web-based property and team marketing
• Update contacts and internal CRM as needed
• Other special projects as assigned
• Provide general administrative support to team members to support and leverage their time by handling a variety of tasks that make the team successful. This may include simple IT troubleshooting, document editing and copying, receiving packages etc.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-3 years previous work experience
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication, writing, grammar and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem solving and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge
• Positive attitude, always seeking to better our team and add value to our office
• Organized, efficient and detailed oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus
