• Assist brokers with implementation of property marketing strategies and advertising campaigns
• Work with team to design proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, including e-blasts, flyers, floor plans, maps, postcards, boards and signage
• Track on-going marketing initiatives
• Track marketing budgets and track related expenses for assignments
• Coordinate on-site events for clients and the brokerage community and execute marketing campaigns, create invitations, and manage RSVP lists
• Assist with web listing updates and other web-based property and team marketing
• Update contacts and internal CRM as needed (Hubspot Experience Preferred)
• Other special projects as assigned
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication, writing, grammar and interpersonal skills; strong creative writing skills a plus

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years previous marketing experience
• Exceptional problem solving and attention to detail
• Demonstrated design and graphics skills; strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
• Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge
• Specific branding experience a plus
• Commercial real estate experience a plus
