We are looking for Certified Personal Trainers on a part-time basis based out of our Natomas location(s).

Availability:

• Part-Time, 15-25 hours a week, ask your interviewer! 
• Schedules vary within these times:
  1. Shift 1: Monday – Thursday (5:00 AM – 8:00 PM), Friday (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday/Sunday (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Schedules vary; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required - ask your interviewer

Job Summary:

Meets with clients, understands goals, develops training programs for California Family Fitness through meetings, assuring client improvement and satisfaction, and meets sessions and supplements sales goals

Accountabilities:

1. Exercises confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy
2. Meets sales and services goals by facilitating consumer demand for personal training sessions, small group training sessions, or team training sessions
3. Provides excellent customer service to members through completion of new client program, and follows-up with member to ensure that all expectations have been met and exceeded
4. Achieves Personal Training revenue goals through self-promotion, lead based consultations, and departmental activities
5. Displays a positive attitude toward members, guests, and staff at all times
6. Maintains an open line of communication with management and co-workers on all aspects of facility and training procedures
7. Ensures facility is kept clean and safe at all times through routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks
8. Conducts locker room checks and other actions to ensure a clean club
9. Regularly updates client health data into an electronic member database complying with HIPPAA laws
10. Communicates effectively with members, coworkers and supervisor verbally and in writing
11. Maintains regular and predictable attendance
12. Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
13. Attends all mandatory meetings in club as well as offsite
14. Follows all health and safety requirements such as, but not limited to, physical distancing, regular surface cleaning, cough/sneeze etiquette, regular hand washing, and not coming to work when sick
15. Promptly and thoroughly reviews all requested health and safety training provided, asking questions for any topic not clearly understood
16. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current nationally recognized certification/or college degree in related field from accredited university
