Summary

This position directly impacts company cash flow with timely and accurate customer invoicing with focus on Project/Construction billing. Also, manages subcontractor approvals. Requires good communication skill and strong attention to detail, and good time-management skills to meet deadlines. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project mangers to prepare original Schedule of Values for projects
• Prepare monthly billings and billing revisions upon project percentage of completion, service schedule and lease schedule
• Enter the original or renewal contracts in ERP system
• Calculate contract payoff amount to bill the customers and terminate the contracts in ERP system
• Apply customer payments to the invoices
• Mail or email invoices to the customers
• Be able to understand/navigate and enter invoices in customer portals
• Provide documentation as requested during annual audit
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements

• 2-5 years of billing experience
• Construction industry/project billing experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to take the initiative, work efficiently, and multi-task. 
• Must have basic Excel skills, such as SUM, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, etc.
• Able to manage deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
