We are looking for a qualified person to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor. This person will be responsible for farm maintenance at our Loretto, TN facility. This is a day shift position.

Responsibilities:

• Performs preventive maintenance functions to include inspection, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Facilitates preventive maintenance program.
• Performs equipment maintenance to include equipment break down and repair.
• Purchases necessary maintenance supplies.
• Strictly adheres to all safety programs and policies.
• Operate feed processing equipment.
• To document all activities in report form as directed.
• Help facilitate the highest level of bio-security at the feed processing facility.
• Perform daily boiler maintenance.
• May perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Team oriented worker.
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Feed, Grain Handling, or Food Processing Experience desired.
• Computer literate with Microsoft word and excel experience.
• Must have ability to work independently with minimum instruction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
