Provides care in an effective and competent manner. Education and/or Experience Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program. Licensure/Certification/Registration Physical Therapy license in the state of South Dakota required. Work Schedule Monday # Friday Days with occasional evening and weekend involvement as necessary.
