Job Summary The Accountant III is responsible for performance of assigned financial reporting, general accounting, and financial audits for Avera Health Insurance Division (AHID). The Accountant works closely with the Director # Financial Reporting and others as necessary to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting of financial information. Education and/or Experience Bachelor#s Degree in accounting/finance, healthcare administration, or healthcare related field is required. Master#s degree and/or CPA is preferred. 7 years of accounting experience required. Licensure/Certification/Registration CPA is preferred. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional weekend; 80 hours every 2 weeks Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
