AVER, LLC is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near arlington, VA

AVER is seeking a Contract Administrators Level III to provide program and administrative contracting support to assist with daily execution of reporting for the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM). The employee will consolidate information and generate reports in response to reoccurring monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting functions. They will also create, populate, and maintain FI Shared Drive with relevant program documentation, briefings, information and decision papers, and meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the preparation of contractual documentation necessary to generate Purchase Requests (PR), Financial Transactions, Inter Agency Agreements, and Intergovernmental Personnel Detainees.
  • Perform Audits on contract spending, provide burn rates and expenditure reports, complete deobligations, and close out contracts.
  • Track all contract packages and actions through the lifetime of the project and up to five years after the end of performance.
  • Assist CORs with invoice analysis, tracking and validation of proper payment within the financial management system.
  • Maintain contractual document storage and version control on shared drive.
  • Support CORs in assigning project document workflows for Stakeholder.
  • Provide administrative support as backup to the customer’s executive assistant, including data entry; support planning and coordinating arrangements for agency meetings and conferences, and providing executive level administrative support to Federal agency senior leaders,
  • Assign and Manage CATT Taskers and Maintained CATT Tasker Tracker.
  • Conduct research, collect information, and generate reports in response to reoccurring monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting functions,
  • Upload contract packages into PRISM and route to Stakeholders.
  • Assist in conducting annual equipment inventory providing accurate status and documentation for agency-owned assets.

Education & Experience:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in federal acquisitions and program management

Desired Requirements:

  • BS Degree preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience supporting Federal customers with procurement support and planning
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Position requires U.S. citizenship

Security Requirements:

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
