Aventura at Prospect is actively seeking an Director Of Environmental Services for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Prospect Park, PA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as Director of Environmental Services and a through knowledge of all state and federal regulations governing environmental services in a long term care facility. The candidate is responsible for helping Aventura Environmental Services achieve financial goals and objectives, increasing operating performance and delivering value to our customers and residents.
Duties:
Oversees and manages all day to day operations.
Understands organizational needs and strategic goals as they relate to supply chain.
Attracts, develops, retains and motivates staff.
Identifies and establishes relationships with vendors.
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of experience at an executive, regional or administrative level in a health care setting with respect to environmental services required.
familiar with all state and feredal regulations governing environmental services in long term care facility.
