The Dental Front Desk/Patient Coordinator’s main job responsibility is to ensure our patients' non-clinical needs are met and questions are answered. This is done by assisting with insurance verification, patient check-in, answering multi-line phone system, maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and schedule prepping. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to muti-task. Must be reliable and team oriented. A minimum of 1 year dental front office experience is required. Eaglesoft experience is preferred, but not required.
