AVANTI RESIDENTIAL LLC is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Denver, CO

Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full life cycle recruiting efforts for on-site and corporate level roles. Accountable for successful employer sourcing, relationship building, and supporting and enhancing the Avanti employer brand. Ensures every candidate and new hire has a smooth experience throughout the interviews, hiring process, and onboarding. Duties include sourcing, prescreening, assessment facilitation, interview scheduling and follow-up through the hiring process and orientation to the company. Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers at corporate and in field offices to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints. Guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed. Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Work with hiring managers to develop job specifications as needed and job requisitions, post positions on a variety of job boards and social media sites. Recommend creative and alternative advertising venues and strategies
  • Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
  • Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews. 
  • Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
  • Complete reference check on selected candidates, as required.
  • Participate in the offer process including negotiating offers with candidates. Confirm offer acceptance and the details of employment.
  • Prepare offer of employment letter for signature.
  • Liaise between new hires and human resources, ensuring submission of all documentation required.
  • Be proactive, think strategically, and network early in search of stellar candidates for all positions.
  • Recommend system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective, high quality services are provided to hiring managers.
  • Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data.
  • Build and maintain database of qualified candidates to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
  • Represent hiring managers with professionalism, enthusiasm and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates.
  • Conduct informational interviews with potential candidates. Solicit and prioritize internal referrals.
  • Attend career fairs and conferences to promote establish and widen the resources of potential candidates. Provide information on company operations and employment opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Develop and maintain a network of recruiters, contacts and candidates via proactive use of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc). Throw a wide net of exposure throughout the recruitment resources to provide exposure for the company and advertise available career opportunities.
  • Proactively recruits and forms a network to build a pipeline of leads.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking software to organize incoming candidates and recruitment practices, including generation and management of offers.
  • Support the on-site Community Managers with the recruitment and fulfillment of open positions.
  • Work with the SVP of Human Resources in the full cycle recruiting process for all corporate office positions.
  • Post and update job postings as needed, ensure all job descriptions met EEO and state regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare hiring managers for interviews, collect interview feedback and assist in the selection of talent.
  • Close the loop with all interviewees, ensure follow up with all candidates who have spent time to meet with our teams.
  • Manage onboarding of all new hires, work with the hiring manager to create a welcoming and organized experience for all new Avanti employees.
  • Partner with the Performance Development team to facilitate the new hire orientation meetings.
  • Remain proactive in anticipating future recruitment needs based on changes in the portfolio.
  • Positively influence the Avanti employer brand through effective marketing strategies, relationship building and proper and respectful treatment of all employees in alignment with company values during the recruiting process.
  • Build a weekly recruiting strategy to fill position is a timely manager.
  • Maintain a Open Position spreadsheet weekly with status if the recruiting process
  • Report position fills and recruiting status weekly to the Hiring Manager. 

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Required
  • 3 years HRIS management - Preferred
  • 3 years general HR experience - Required
  • 2 years multifamily/property management experience - Preferred
  • 5 years recruiting and talent acquisition experience - Required
  • Customer service skills and ability to communicate proficiently
  • Self starter and strong organization skills
