We are currently searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role will be based at our regional office in Bellevue, WA.
The HR Manager will serve as an advisor to the regional executive team and provide HR support to associates and managers in the Bellevue, WA and Denver, CO. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in managing employee relations, including conducting effective investigations and interpretation and application of company policies, planning and facilitating talent/succession discussions, training facilitation, and support for payroll, benefits, compensation and learning & development processes. This role contributes to the successful execution of business strategy by advising on matters related to change management, organizational development, associate engagement, and diversity and inclusion. This generalist position requires excellent interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills, knowledge of current state and federal employment law and compliance, HR experience related to all aspects of the talent management lifecycle (hiring, performance management, grown and developing and retention), as well as an ability to work independently and a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities. Some travel required.
Qualified candidates will have bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years solid experience in all HR disciplines. Multi-site experience and PHR certification preferred.
