In this position, you will play an integral role in AvalonBay’s Learning and Development team, both in delivering and developing learning solutions. You will be expected to partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize learning and development needs. You will also design, develop/source, implement, and evaluate learning solutions to maximize associate performance. This is an individual contributor role with approximately 30% training delivery
