As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as a trusted advisor to premier RCM clients driving retention, renewals, adoption, customer satisfaction, and growth. This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship management skills. You will work with clients to understand their needs and map Availity’s solutions and best practices to their goals. At the same time, you will work with business and technology teams to ensure that the products and solutions are delivering value to clients. Any technical issues and/or product training needs are surfaced early, tracked and resolved through the appropriate channels (e.g., Call Center, Learning Center webinars, etc.) leaving more time to spend on research, consulting, and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate is hands-on and results-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record in revenue cycle management and driving success outcomes Sponsorship, in any form, is not available for this position. Location: Remote Why you want to work on this team: · This team is very collaborative and puts a great emphasis on teamwork · The CSM is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in healthcare technology but needs time to learn that technology · You will have a lot of customer interaction as well as internal interaction To be qualified for this position: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 2 years of revenue cycle management/billing experience in physician office or patient access experience in a hospital healthcare environment is a plus You will set yourself apart: · If you have hospital management experience · 2 years in customer service and account management experience a plus · If you have EPIC experience You will be: · Responsible for the management of a portfolio of client accounts to foster long-term business relationships · Promote positive relationships and goodwill so profitable accounts are retained and grown · Develop a basic understanding of the client’s business and internal workflow · Determine who the key decision makers and influencers are within the provider organizations. Understand issues/pain points from their perspective and how Availity products and solutions could solve their most pressing problems. · Develop a client success plan, including recommendations, based upon an analysis of the client’s business goals, operational workflow, and utilization trend · Conduct regular touch points, problem solving, and/or business operational meetings (Ability to travel up to 40% for client visits and meetings required) · Conduct an annual business review of the client’s key performance metrics, accomplishments, along with a prospective discussion, outlining a plan of action. · Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending additional Availity solutions and ROI · Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner · Monitor client health to identify potential risk and develop a remediation plan · Recommend appropriate reports for clients to utilize to manage their effectiveness and business processes · Submit and track referral leads provided to the Sales team. · Work with the Finance team to ensure clients are being invoiced by the terms of their contract · Interact with payers on behalf of the client to help resolve client issues · Act as a client advocate when working with internal teams to ensure client’s requests are being met and issues are being researched and resolved. · Assignment and completion of department projects at management discretion Availity culture and benefits: · Availity is a certified “Great Place to Work”!
