Auxis is Hiring a Content Marketing Manager ( Finance Transformation & BPO) Near Florida, NY

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing team at Auxis is rapidly growing as the company’s annual revenue continue to increase by over 40% year over year given the high demand in the market for our nearshore outsourcing services as well as our consulting and automation capabilities.

The Content Manager/Strategist position is a key role to continue driving and accelerating the growth of our inbound marketing efforts. This position is responsible for developing and executing an effective content strategy for Auxis’ Finance Transformation and BPO Outsourcing services with the purpose of increasing awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and ultimately new client wins for the company. This position will report to Auxis’ Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Become an expert on Auxis’ Finance Transformation & BPO Outsourcing Services and market trends in order to effectively position Auxis capabilities and thought leadership while proposing content topics (and formats) that increase our website traffic and lead generation among our targeted buyers
  • Create, maintain and manage the content calendar for the assigned service lines
  • Work closely with the different Practice leaders at the organization to obtain the necessary input in order to develop meaningful and relevant content. You will be expected to write some of the content yourself, as well as work and manage copy writers and graphic designers while reviewing the quality of their work before publication.
  • Work closely with Auxis’ digital marketing team to ensure proposed content is SEO optimized and that we are picking topics with high potential SEO opportunities from the beginning of the content creation process
  • Content will typically include the following formats:
    • Blogs
    • Case Studies
    • Reports & Whitepapers
    • Webinar presentations and promotion materials
    • Client video testimonials and/or quotes
    • Infographics
    • Website Copy
    • E-mail Marketing campaigns
    • Landing Pages
    • Social Media posts
    • PPT presentations
    • Services Brochures
    • Copy for videos
    • Any other type of content required to promote Auxis services
  • Once the content is created, the Content Strategist is also responsible for defining and executing an effective content distribution strategy to make sure we maximize the visibility of that content across channels:
    • Organic
    • Social Media
    • Email
    • Paid Ads
    • Distribution to existing leads, prospects and clients
    • PR/Referrals/Guest posts
    • Others
  • Develop a close relationship with key Industry Research Analysts and other relevant content distribution organizations/editorials in the space to increase their level of awareness of Auxis’ capabilities. The main goal of these efforts is to be able to distribute our content as part of their collateral/editorial in order to increase Auxis’ website traffic and conversions.
  • Measure, analyze and report on content performance in a regular basis in order to continuously monitor and improve our engagement levels
  • Manage budget related to content development
  • Continuously maintain and archive all content assets and make them available to all the stakeholders at the organization
  • Ensure a consistent voice across all collateral, meeting Auxis’ quality and branding standards

Skills and Experience

Must Haves

  • We really prefer someone based in South Florida
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields including Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business, etc.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant marketing/content development role in B2B services
    • Proven experience developing content strategies and programs with the purpose of lead generation
    • Outstanding, proven B2B writing experience – writing samples to be requested as part of interview process
    • Expertise managing copy-writers and graphic designers to deliver high-quality content pieces
    • Experience writing content tailored to CFOs, VPs and Directors of Finance & Accounting
    • Knowledgeable in at least one of our service lines (e.g. Finance Transformation Consulting, Process Improvement, Process Automation, BPO Finance Outsourcing, BPO Customer Service Outsourcing, etc.)
  • Has worked in conjunction with other digital marketing organizations and understands inbound marketing concepts and principles, including SEO
  • Ability to navigate through the Auxis’ organization and work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and the different Service Practices on crafting and executing outbound programs for Finance Transformation & BPO Outsourcing Services
  • Strong team mentality
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Enjoys working on a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and high standards from management

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical skills in SEO and tools (Semrush, etc.)
  • Hubspot experience – Sales and Marketing modules
  • Email marketing experience – developing, executing and measuring email campaigns
  • Perceived as thought leaders in their field in their LinkedIn profiles (e.g. they post often, get likes and comments, etc.)
  • Experience with Nearshore Outsourcing and its value proposition (e.g. has worked with a direct competitor in the space)
