We are looking for Sales Associates and we are open to applicants that do not have previous automotive experience! We understand these are unprecedented times and we are here to help!

We have an exceptional training program for our Sales Associates. We will train you to be a success and help you grow in your Automotive career. If you have experience serving customers and providing exceptional customer support, then Automotive Sales may be for you. Responsibilities:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
• Answer customer leads and questions via the internet and assist in answering their questions.
• Work with customers on the phone to set appointments and answer any product questions.

Requirements:

• No Automotive experience is required
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
