Role Summary: As Manager of Operations, you will manage multiple priorities in a customer-centered environment while leading a diverse group of team members, which can include Warehouse Associates, Production/QC Associates and Administrative Coordinators. You will interact with other internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, and Finance. You will also oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain and improve service quality. The facility is a Monday - Friday operation, where weekend work is limited/rare, but could arise on an as need basis.
