Job Requisition ID # 22WD64621 Position Overview Autodesk is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Automation Services team within the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) organization. This team leverages Software Engineering and DevOps principles to optimize the company’s business critical systems and processes through delivering products and reusable platforms that enrich and improve the overall Autodesk employee experience. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with partners and stakeholders from various organizations, such as IT, HR, Procurement, Legal, and more, to implement strategies to translate raw usage data across internal employee experience platforms into valuable reporting and business insights to EX product teams, business stakeholders, and service delivery owners. You will work closely with business stakeholders to distill your analysis into actionable insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical expertise in data mining and exploration technologies, and the ability to work across our organization to inspire action. Responsibilities Partner with leadership from various organizations including IT, HR, Procurement, Legal, and others., to identify, define, and track key metrics to be used in planning, reporting, and decision-making for digital employee experience platforms Develop insightful business intelligence reports (KPIs, metrics), self-service dashboards, and/or ad-hoc analyses that are repeatable and scalable Clean and transform data from multiple DEX sources (intranet, knowledge repositories, internal cases, enterprise search, chatbot, etc.) as needed for analysis and delivery of actionable insights and information Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where appropriate to improve DEX products Support DEX business stakeholders with in-depth analysis, insights, and recommended actions, continually mining for insights to help inform strategic roadmaps Assess impact of business strategies and provide clear articulation of analysis to support decision-making for senior management Execute sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses, that translate raw data into insights that can be turned into actionable recommendations and built into reports and dashboards Generate and communicate findings to all stakeholders regarding key takeaways and actionable insights Minimum qualifications 3 years of proven experience as a business data analyst Solid experience in data analysis and reporting Knowledge of Excel, R, and SQL Familiarity with Mixpanel and ServiceNow reporting Excellent decision-making and communication (both verbal and written) skills Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities Preferred qualifications Prior DEX reporting experience PowerBI certification #LI-POST #LI-REMOTE At Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
