AutoChlor is Hiring a Regional Recruiter Near Phoenix, AZ

Auto-Chlor is now hiring a Regional Recruiter to support the staffing for our Southwest Region. We’re looking for an energetic and resilient individual who will contribute to our “People First” culture by recruiting top talent to join our team. This is a full time, hybrid position.

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Source, attract, screen and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers for potential employment.
  • Responsible for posting and maintaining the integrity of the job advertisements on our career page as well as external job boards.
  • Utilize appropriate social media outlets to attract qualified candidates.
  • Attend virtual and in person career fairs and college recruiting events, coordinate hiring events at branch offices.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Partner with managers for hiring needs, determine urgency of positions and debrief after interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates as they move through each phase of our interview process.
  • Prepare job offer letters as requested by hiring managers.
  • Champion our employee referral program and report results quarterly.

Ideal candidate criteria:

  • 5-7 years experience with recruiting and sourcing.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and influence others.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple job openings and manager communication.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to meet goals.
  • Resilient, creative, and open to implementing new ideas and strategies.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
