What’s in it for you:
This role comes with base pay of $38,000K with a potential of making $80,000K Annually car gas card phone and has uncapped commission. Along with that is full benefits, including 401k and a profit-sharing program and the ability to grow with the company, and a chance to learn a new type of trade. We provide 100% paid training on our machines and service. We also provide monthly sales trainings for all Sales Reps using the highly-recognized Sandler Selling System.
What we need:
We are looking for a hustle-minded, money-motivated individual to conduct field sales via face to face interactions with both potential and existing customers. This individual will need to have a comfortability with cold knocking and calling, a drive to succeed, and work in team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Prospecting restaurant and foodservice operations with a need for our service within a protected territory
-Conduct a minimum of 20 daily face-to-face colds calls on qualified prospects
-Manage sales pipeline to reach sales quota of 6 rental dish machines with companion products each period or 78 rental sales each year
-Repetitive calls on potential customers
-Actively Network; Research and recommend related and/or additional markets for business expansion
-Prepare for and attend weekly sales meetings
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license with reasonably clean record
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Great persuasive and negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently and efficiently
-Able to travel frequently as required of the job
