Responsibilities
- Inbound/outbound calls
- WhatsApp messages
- Emails
- Follow up on requests
- Providing purchase support
- Providing shipping support
- Providing quotes
- Cooperation with the team
Requirements
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Location - Ukraine, Zhytomyr
