Autism West Behavior Partner is committed to providing quality ABA treatment and other support services to children and adults with a variety of learning and/or mental health needs. We service the greater Denver metro area with our clinics located in Aurora and Northglenn. We are excited to be expanding our services to the Bennett area!

We are looking for FULL-TIME & PART-TIME Behavioral Therapist to provide services to children with a variety of learning and/or mental health needs, implementing ABA strategies in the home, clinic and/or community settings. We provide training and compensate for RBT certification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: responsible for implementing ABA services, under the supervision of a BCBA, to the clients they are assigned. Some of the duties are:

• Client appointments are completed as scheduled
• Procedures in treatment plan and/or behavior support plan are followed and implemented as outlined
• Clients are continually making progress based on quantifiable data as outlined in the treatment plan
• Therapeutic environment is conducive to client success
• Proper compliance to all related company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular follow up with families and supervisors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for working with individuals with a variety of learning and/or mental health needs
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a reliable car and proof of car insurance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
