The Highlights:
- Job Type: Full-time (this is not a temporary or contract position); onsite position (not remote); and you’ll work 40 hours per week M-F, but you’ll have flexibility as needed on the start and end times for your workday.
- Pay: This position starts at $25 per hour, with flexibility depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing basic payroll activities and procedures for clients, so you'll need a working knowledge of payroll procedures and basic systems
- Working with checklists and within deadlines for scheduled pay periods, which requires a high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and conscientiousness
- Reviewing time records imported from the company's timekeeping platform to ensure time records are complete and accurate before submitting for processing.
- Responsible for uploading data into Company database, adjusting for deductions when applicable and obtaining final client approval
- Responsible for earnings verifications and other payroll-related external data requests
This Job Requires:
- A working knowledge of payroll procedures and basic systems
- 2 years’ experience preferred or recent graduate of related skills program
