Austin Hardware & Supply, Inc.. is growing and in need of a Human Resources Manager I . This is a new role where you can be instrumental in building and organizing. You are responsible for all the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruiting assistance in hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
We need a person who sees future problems to hedge against. Someone who will stand firm on company policies and procedures but can help see around the edges to soften them as needed. We want to see a person who is naturally driven to make things happen and possesses a high attention to detail.
This role does not formally manage anyone at this time but can grow into managing people in the future. Currently, you are managing our company's policies and procedures.
