The opportunity We are currently looking for a Business Analyst that wants an opportunity to take the next step in their career with a supportive organisation who will provide the training and guidance needed to take your career to new heights. The Business Analyst in this role will provide ongoing support to the Business Architecture team for the modernisation and other practice initiatives. Working closely with the Manager and the Head of Business Architecture you will be a key member of the team, supporting the Business Architecture practice, managing business design information from which you will be developing analytical reports and visualisations for use in support of enterprise business transformations. Experience in providing analytical support across any insurance industry domain will be highly regarded. This role is well suited for anyone who has the general skillset to perform a Business Analyst role. Your story so far You will have experience working with varied teams helping to identify and monitor key transformation metrics aiming to improve outcomes. Good understanding of process mapping and interpreting process models and abstract concepts. Be inquisitive, have excellent communication and relationship building skills, combined with a good exposure to complex analytical project work. You’ll also demonstrate: General Insurance industry expertise Knowledge of business transformation principles and improvement methodologies. Experience in Agile ways of working.
