AUS003 Refinitiv Australia Pty Limited is Hiring an Account Manager Near Sydney, FL

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Retain and grow revenue, responsible for sales and new business, accountability for service performance, increase of overall customer satisfaction. - Define account strategy and lead the account plan - Coordinate the implementation of global strategy on local level - Project management and coordination of a cross-functional team - Budget, forecast, and keep top management engaged with the business in a timely fashion - Analyze impact from intelligence on competitor activity and provide feedback to Senior management and Product teams - Act as the clients’ advocate within Refinitiv and as Refinitiv’ ambassador within clients’ enterprises - Own account information in relevant CRM systems - Support consultative sales team in proposal preparation and follow-up - Run all Refinitiv projects, including seminaries, info-sessions, PR events and CSR activities REQUIREMENTS: - 3 year experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management, strong customer focus and orientation - Strong understanding of financial markets our customers operate in - Working experience within Financial Markets would be definitely a plus - Experienced in consultative, value based selling - Proven communication, selling, persuasion, and team working skills - Solid understanding of trading systems and dealing platforms crafted for trading financial instruments is considered an advantage - Good Knowledge of CRM software and admin systems - Fluent in English, oral and written At LSEG, we believe that creating a diverse and inclusive organisation is fundamental to the way we deliver on our promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
