We’re curious about your career path and how we can support you to be your best. The Role In this permanent Full time role you will be part of our NSW/ACT Facilities team. The Facilities Coordinator role delivers a great client and customer focus with a view to creating a great experience for all users of our facilities. You will be on the ground based in our North Sydney office, to co-ordinate the daily operational and administrative tasks relating to the facilities and the experience we offer our clients and employees. We strive to provide the Workplace of the future, here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’: Support the Facilities Manager in managing the smooth running of our office facilities, coordinating office maintenance, refurbishments, repairs and ad hoc projects. Lead our Aurecon and Client experience operations by supporting our colleagues with admin requirements, workshops, events and meetings. Manage our Service Centre and Front of House spaces, and ensure our people, clients and guests are well looked after. Account Management, invoice processing and proactively manage all contractors and suppliers. Ensuring all services are carried out in accordance to the contract service agreement. Maintain contractor health and safety documents including insurance certificates, work cover, Public liability etc Support our Facilities Manager with a variety of project and minor works within NSW/ACT team across the Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle office. Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Challenge and influence decisions while still achieving the best outcome for the business. Deliver on commitments while ensuring delivery of effective communication. Oversee daily operations and be the first point of contact for all enquires around Facilities and Client experience. What we are looking for You will bring enthusiasm and energy to the Facilities team and be able to develop strong relationships with your professional and friendly manner, be unflappable when solving problems for people. You will have a strong knowledge of what good customer service looks like and a good knowledge of IT and AV systems. You will also be a self-starter, who knows how to put customers first, whilst managing a list of varying priorities. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a variety of stakeholders at different levels. A minimum of 3 years in a similar Facilities or Office Services based role.
