As our new Senior Environmental Consultant, you will join our global Environment and Planning team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Energy, Resources, Transport, Port, Government and Industrial projects. You’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. Here are the key things you’ll do: Qualifications in environmental science/planning/engineering Extensive experience in managing and delivering EIS to support State and Federal environmental approvals for medium to large scale resource, industrial and/or energy projects, Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, to a high quality. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and associated technical studies Preparing statutory applications and supporting reports for Federal and state approvals, Experience in developing approvals and compliance strategies for medium to large scale projects Coordinating the development of Environmental Management Plans for design and construction Coordinating corridor and site selection studies in collaboration with design engineers Background in Energy, resources or industrial projects preferred. Experience in the field either undertaking site assessments, construction or working onsite. Experience in providing environmental and approvals advice to internal and external stakeholders.
