Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, lead and manage all aspects of entire project life.
• Prepare scope of work and resource requirements.
• Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Predict resources, fulfillment requirements needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the SME’s and their managers to ensure they are completing their tasks on schedule and are addressing all parts of the project.
• Host and manage cross functional project calls.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to all projects.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Provides a high level of customer service to business partners and end users to build an entrusted partnership with our customers.
• Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Daily communication with customers on key projects.
• Ability to solve problems creatively, manage cross functional teams and have a deep understanding and connectivity to the customer assignments.
Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Experience with apparel manufacturing and distribution would be a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, have a broad business background, and be able to drive consensus and balance priorities effectively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as Confluence, methodologies, and best practices.
Travel Requirements: Periodic, 10-15% overnight travel.
Work Environment: Remote, office environment.
