Description
The Executive Assistant is a full-time position with responsibility for oversight of the Foundation office and administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, reservations, and ordering. The Assistant will also be responsible for developing and distributing Foundation Board packets and reports, as well as making necessary arrangements and taking minutes for Board and Committee meetings. The Assistant will have responsibility for the department budget, service contracts, vendor relationships, and internal and external grants administration processes.
He/she will have exemplary organizational skills, exhibit professional demeanor with staff, board members, physicians, constituents, and donors. He/she must be able to manage multiple tasks and maintain the confidentiality of donors and patients.

Experience Desired
Two to three years of experience serving as an executive or administrative assistant.
