What we are looking for... 

An excel whiz who has a passion for problem solving and numbers. As our Business Analyst you will use your skills to help automate and streamline business operations. The right individual for this role is very excel savvy, can work well under time sensitive deadlines, and knows how to use data.

What you will do...

• Provide timely reports for banking and finance 

• Deliver monthly commission calculations to meet payroll deadlines 

• Generate monthly reports for month-end closeout

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance 

• Develop and maintain reporting tools, excel dashboards, and ah-hoc reports 

• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling 

• Collaborate with department leads on data and report needs

• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and provide improvement feedback 

What you will bring... 

• 3 years of business, finance, or other relevant experience 

• Advanced proficiency in Excel Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards, and charts.

• Strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions 

• BA or BS degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics) 

• Strong analytical and data gathering skills 

• Strong quantitative and analytical competency 

• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work well under pressure
