Collections Specialist | $15-$20/hr | First Shift | Sharonville, OH
This individual is responsible for collecting outstanding debt from customers while maintaining a positive relationship between the company and the customer.
Job Description:
- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notify customers of insufficient payments.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issue payments or adjustments.
- Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups (paper/scans).
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay:
$15-$20/hr based on experience
