Mid-size manufacturing company located in Macedonia, OH looking to fill the role of a Screen Print Operator. This position is responsible for production output associated with the Printing/Labeling Department.
Responsibilities of the Screen Print Operator:
- Gather correct materials, inks, dies, and screens needed to run job
- Set up and run press
- Perform product checks
- Performs checks for compliance to customer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain press and monitor production
- Package finished products off press
- Complies with company personnel and safety polices and good manufacturing practices
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements of a Screen Print Operator:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of printing experience
- Competent math and computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Quality-minded with strict attention to detail
- Must be motivated to work without constant supervision in a group setting with the ability to help peers
Physical Duties of a Screen Print Operator:
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
- Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on production floor
- Physical requirements include but not limited to sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, stooping, crouching, color determination, and grasping.
