What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aerospace Painter position at AtWork Personnel Services?
Our client is an international Aerospace company that designs and manufactures light plates, integrated switch panels, and control planes used in aircraft flight decks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply finish coatings in any of the following areas: Backpaint, Silkscreen, Photoetch or Laser Paint.
- Knowledge of proper spray techniques and how to mix paint.
- Know how to screen print, operate lasers.
- Accurately completes all related paperwork and wanding functions.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Reacts to change productively and handles other duties as required.
SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires six months painting or production experience or training.
- Daily exposure to chemicals, fumes, noise, heat or cold, and extended time periods in dark rooms. Use of respirator, gloves and goggles required.
- Lifting of 10 lbs. frequently and standing 50% of the day required.
- Must Pass Background check and Drug Test
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
