ResponsibilitiesThe Network Administrator will maintain a high standard of network, server, and work station availability for all offices across the country. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in regards to the essential functions of the job found below: ▪ Setup and support servers: Microsoft Server 2008, 2012 & 2016. ▪ Setup and support Backup systems on Veeam & Backup Exec. ▪ Administrate Active Directory, DFS, DHCP, DNS & Print Services. ▪ Manage and support Extreme Networks Switches, Cisco Routers and Dell Sonic wall Firewalls. ▪ Setup and manage VMWare environments for virtual servers and desktops. ▪ Support and manage Microsoft SOL database environment. ▪ Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone & electronically ▪ Troubleshoot all technical related user issues, including hardware, software, account, and printer issues. ▪ Create and implement support documentation and procedures. ▪ Create, implement and customize OS deployments and software ▪ Setup and support workstations and printers. ▪ Setup new offices and assist in moving existing locations technology infrastructure. ▪ Must have ability to take initiative and solve problems with limited direction. ▪ Provide after-hours support for all critical systems as needed. ▪ Create and implement training as needed and directed.
Qualifications▪ Bachelor's Degree in IT related field required ▪ Ten (10) years of experience with Microsoft Server ▪ Seven (7) years of experience implementing and managing VMWare environments. ▪ Five (5) years of experience in a corporate setting performing the above named activities ▪ Hardware experience with the following: Dell, HP, Cisco, Extreme, Konica, Xerox, OCE & SAN Environments
