Description

This is a part-time, direct service position for ATTIC Correctional Services Inc. AODA programming must be delivered in a secular manner free of religious components, following the agency prescribed curriculum. This person in this position is responsible for maintaining the required credentials.

The purpose of Clinical Supervision is to provide ongoing oversight of AODA staff and program. During the staffing the Clinical Supervisor will discuss client progress and the delivery of treatment interventions by staff.

The duties include: signing off on client files, helping to make sure that client files are in order, staffing individual client's situations, providing supervision hours for the AODA counselors, providing clinical training for the AODA counselors, and helping the office to remain complaint with DOC.

Job Qualifications

• Must be Licensed Clinical Supervisor and must maintain the required credentials.
• Group Facilitation experience with AODA and/or correctional clients utilizing cognitive behavioral methodology and knowledge of motivational interviewing.
• Understanding of implementing and delivering evidence-based practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver services to individuals from various racial, religious, and ethnic backgrounds, as well as, individuals with a disability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills. Ability to perform job duties with limited supervision.
