Hello Audiologists!!! . We are looking for a SUPERSTAR! This is an incredible opportunity in Lovely Seneca, SC located just outside Clemson University, an incredible Division 1 School. It is a tremendous offer to come in on the ground level of a practice that will be expanding rapidly. It has a small town feel with a top tier practice with Dr Boxwell of Atreus Medical & Surgical Associates. We have lots of lakes for boating and outdoor enjoyment as well as lots of hiking and nature with the Foothill Mountains and close to Ashville, NC and the blue ridge mountains.

This is a multi-specialty practice that has referrals coming from multiple providers within the practice. This opportunity allows patients to get world class education with our patients and having our ENT providers discussing and backing up our audiologist’s diagnosis and also involved with the discussion with the patient to understand what the best choice is for their hearing and processing issues.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with a practice that truly integrates audiology and the providers are 100% onboard to help the patients to feel confident that they have come to the right medical awareness for their hearing needs. This Audiology position is incredibly lucrative as we have a tremendous team assisting the provider to be incredibly successful . The responsibilities include the customary and obvious.

  • Administers and interprets a variety of tests, such as air and bone conduction, speech reception and discrimination tests, to determine type and degree of hearing impairment, site of damage, and effects on comprehension and speech.
  • Very open to do best practices for our patients, performing REM as well as doing aided soundfield testing with and without hearing aids. Also performing testing with and without hearing aids with QuickSin and doing auditory processing testing with our patients.
  • Diagnoses and treats patients with hearing and hearing-related disorders. Determines type and degree of hearing impairment and implements habilitation and rehabilitation services for the patient.
  • Evaluate test results in relation to behavioral, social, educational, and other medical information obtained from patients, families, teachers, and other professionals to determine communication problems relating to hearing disability if needed.
  • Plans and implements prevention, habilitation, or rehabilitation services, including hearing aid selection and orientation, counseling, auditory training, lip reading, language habilitation, speech conversation, and other treatment programs developed with Speech Pathologist and other professionals.
  • Work hand in hand with our inhouse ENT providers or surgeon if medical treatment is determined necessary.
  • Assisting the practice in growing the audiology department as well as future growth in the company.
