Atlas Tree is Hiring a Field Service Mechanic Near El Dorado, CA
Atlas Tree is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, energetic heavy equipment gas & diesel engine Field Service Mechanic to work with our North Bay crews. You should be a driven, self-starter with great attention to detail who’s looking to work with an awesome company with lots of opportunities for growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to troubleshoot gas and diesel engines
- Electrical systems experience
- Must be able to read and understand manuals, schematics, and parts breakdowns
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Motivated and willing to take directions
- Practice safety and caution procedures
- Experience on tree equipment i.e. chippers, grinders, a plus.
DUTIES WILL ALSO INCLUDES, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Perform and assists in the preventative maintenance of trucks, trailers, light and heavy equipment
- Inspect, service, grease, and lubricate automotive parts and equipment
- Replace and repair tires
- Change oils and filters; adjust brakes and services batteries
