We are currently hiring a Systems Automation Engineer. As a part of the Systems Sales Team, this position will be a lead-sales technical and project management resource responsible for implementing warehouse management solutions for customers.

Your New Role:
- Designs, develops, supports and maintains systems infrastructure projects at the customer site
- Responsible for managing the implementation and design of hardware and software
- Make proposals for warehouse design, storage and layouts and leverages experience and tools to optimize space utilization and work efficiency
- Serves as a subject matter expert and point of contact for customers to train or modify the solution when necessary
- Troubleshoot problems and issues as they come up during software implementation or any after-sale incidents
- Coordinate customer training (operations, maintenance, and safety)
Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or related field
- Understands material handling system projects
- WMS software systems and process automation experience a plus
- Proficient reading and interpreting CAD drawings
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work well in team settings
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Travel to various customer sites across the Sales Territory
- Clear understanding of business to business sales
