ATLANTIC COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Part-time Administrative Assistant Near New Castle, DE

We're seeking an ambitious and organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a customer service environment, excels at multitasking and possesses excellent computer skills. This position is located in the heart of downtown, so the ideal candidate is highly dependable and enthusiastic when it comes to visiting new locations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to upper level managers.
  • Manage schedules.
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying and faxing documents and filing paperwork.
  • Confer with coworkers and customers to exchange information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of data.
  • Arrange travel itineraries.
  • Prepare travel arrangements, including booking flights, handling travel arrangements and obtaining passports.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Castle, DE 19720: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
