Electrical Engineer

Full Time – Immediate Start

Woodland Hills, CA

Summary:

Serves as Electrical Engineer in support of partnership with government contractor. Engineer will work in a collaborative team environment. Primary responsibilities include: research, test, and designing electrical components, systems, or networks. Candidate will also serve as part of the development team involved in the manufacturing processes that meet or exceed contract requirements, design per specifications, and technical objectives.

Must be able to:

• Conduct research and present findings to engineering team or customer
• Design electrical equipment, components, networks, or systems and prepares for commercial or industrial use
• Evaluate systems’ reliability, safety, and performance
• Advance electrical products, systems, and applications through innovation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related S.T.E.M. degree
• 3 years of experience in Electrical Design and Engineering

• Candidate must demonstrate creative skills, excellent communication, can-do attitude, and the desire to work in complex engineering teams

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government projects and working closely with Program Managers

• Related experience with CAD/AutoCAD a plus

• Familiarity/experience with Python or MATLAB
• Knowledge and understanding of DoD operations as related to EE planning and design
• Solid skills with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
