Dining Services Director duties include:

• Oversight and coordination kitchen schedule and dining service employees 
• Responsible for coordination of meal plans in limitations of budget and resident dietary needs 
• Maintain enforcement of the sanitation standards of the department per dining services policies and procedures 
• Maintains vendor relationships including acquiring new vendors when needed and ensuring orders are completed on timely basis 
• Update and maintain database on all residents' dietary needs. Coaching dining staff
• Train dining staff on providing great customer service and manage kitchen with a high sanitation standard 
• Leadership participation in Stand-up meeting 
• Maintain positive image for Community and Insight Living

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• 4 years' experience in dining services management and cooking 
• Supervisory experience required 
• Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening including drug and background screening including abuse registry for certain positions.

• Sincere interest in providing quality and compassionate services for seniors
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
