What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strength and Conditioning Coach position at Athletes Acceleration?
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized exercise programs for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sports Performance Coach, Personal Trainer, Sport Coach or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of various exercise modalities and experience as an athlete
- Ability to effectively manage clients during training sessions
Requirements:
- Must be knowledgeable about human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
