Staff Accountant
The Company is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant possessing the following skills.
Job Summary:
Facilitate and assist in monthly close procedures that result in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedule. Responsible for billing activities, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare general ledger journal entries, general account analysis and reconciliations of accounts
- Assist in preparing monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and other required balance sheet accounts.
- Invoicing and accounts receivable collections responsibilities
- Perform special projects as needed and provide support to CFO
- Provide backup for payroll, as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
- 4 years of experience corporate general ledger accounting experience
- High proficiency in QuickBooks, Insperity Premier, and MS Office products
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting theory

- Accounting: 4 years
