 Frontend Developer Role Overview:

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Delivering a complete web front-end applicationEnsuring high performance on mobile and desktopCreating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core React.jsEnsuring that interfaces are responsive, cross-browser/cross-platform/cross-device compatible and accessible Cooperating with back-end developers in the process of building the RESTful API

Mandatory qualifications:

Several years of experience owning and web front-end production codeFluent in core computer science concepts like data structures and algorithmsAble to display very good understanding of what constitutes clean, reusable softwareAble to demonstrate deep understanding of how to build scalable applicationsYou have informed opinions about good UX and UI designAble to create wireframes to rapidly prototypeDeep understanding of the principles of responsive designAble to prove mastery of code versioning systems and workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in JavaScriptGood understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3Good understanding of CSS preprocessors (such as Less, Saas, Stylus etc.) Strong hands-on experience in Single Page Application (SPA) Architecture, design, software engineering and development using React.js or similar technology (Ember.js, ExtJS, Angular, Knockout)Understanding of asynchronous programming, its quirks and workaroundsKnow-how of SEO solutions for single page appsExperience with Node.JS
